There is no scientific evidence to suggest that wearing tight pants restricts penis growth. Penis growth is primarily determined by genetics and hormonal factors, and is not influenced by the type of clothing a person wears. However, wearing excessively tight pants for prolonged periods of time may cause discomfort and potentially affect blood flow to the genital area, but it is unlikely to have a long-term impact on penis growth. **

Many clothing brands offer tall or long sizes to accommodate individuals with longer legs. **

It is important to consult with a healthcare professional before considering any form of penis enlargement to understand the potential risks and benefits. **

Pants size 36 typically refers to the waist measurement of the pants, not the thickness of the fabric. The thickness of the fabric can vary depending on the material and style of the pants. It's best to check the fabric composition and weight of the pants to determine their thickness. **

The size of the pants can vary depending on the brand and style. It is important to check the label or tag on the pants for the specific size.
